Clyde’s Tower Oaks Lodge in Rockville, Maryland recently served us the pleasant meal above. A dish called Eggs Chesapeake topped two delicious lump crab cakes with poached eggs blanketed with Old Bay Hollandaise sauce, serving them on toasted English muffins, alongside Brunch potatoes. The potatoes would have benefitted from the slightest bit less oil, but overall, the dish was a collage of tastes and textures that played nicely together.
