Wait…What Kind of Pizza Did You Say?

On the Smithsonian Channel website, I came across this video of the very telegenic Paula being guided through preparing a pizza.  Now, it’s a known fact that no two people in the history of the world have ever agreed on pizza toppings on the first try; ask ten people what they want on their pizza and you’ll get ten different  answers.  Perhaps seeking an end to such squabbles, Paula and her friend spend this video topping pizza not with pepperoni, sausage, Japanese mayo, or any of the other dozens of more conventional accoutrement, but with roasted scorpions. I won’t even start on what culinary uses she finds for crickets and Mopane worms.  Suffice it to say that anyone still thinking the anchovy the worst most daunting pizza proposition has no idea…
