D.C.’s first Ethiopian food truck joins traveling culinary carnival

This week the Fojol Brothers (better known for their Merlindia Indian Food Truck, meeting the meat and vegetarian curry needs of our nation’s capitol since early 2009) debuted the District’s first Ethiopian Food Truck.  Their timing is excellent; with temperatures cooling daily, there could scarcely be a better portion of the year for tucking into a warming bowl of Siga Wot (spicy beef stew) or hearty lentils or steaming collards in onion and tomato.  Classic beef in Berbere sauce joins these and a number of other tastes certain to quickly earn Fojol Brothers’ Benethiopia Ethiopian Food Truck a loyal customer following.  One caveat: don’t expect to receive a fork or spoon with your meal.
