Beginning today and extending until this Friday, September 23rd, OpenSky will celebrate Foodie Week with us over five courses, with a new one to be rolled out each day. Ten OpenSky “Curators” (well-known chefs and food personalities whose reputations foodies have come to trust,) have assembled a menu offering significant savings to adventurous palates (today’s Olympic Provisions French Salami by no means being the least of these.

Monday, September 19th:
Hors d’ oeuvres from Aida Mollenkamp and Michael Ruhlman.
Tuesday, September 20th:
Appetizers selected by Tom Colicchio and Padma Lakshmi.
Wednesday, September 21st:
Main Course assembled by Georgia Pelligrini, Ming Tsai, and Buddy Valastro.
Thursday, September 22nd:
Cheese Course featuring selections from Lidia Bastianich and Dorie Greenspan.
Friday, September 23rd:
A sweet finish for Afters: A delectable Dessert course, curated by Whitney Miller.
