Fall Into The Season With These 4 Tasty, Easy Cocktails

The changing colors of Fall foliage are just one of several things to love about this time of year. The cocktails gathered below recently brought us aware of four more. Drink them in.

The Whiteface Lodge, an award-winning all-suite resort nestled in the High Peaks of northern New York’s Adirondack Mountains, is embracing the scents and flavors of the season with the Ebenezer Emmons and the Plum Bob, two fall-inspired cocktails by KANU’s Mixologist Zachary Blair.

The Ebenezer Emmons (who named the Adirondack Mountains) combines the familiar fall flavors of apple and cranberry in this aromatic cocktail:

  • 2 oz Bison Grass Vodka
  • 2 oz Apple Juice
  • Dash of Celery and Cranberry Bitters
  • Splash of Lemon Juice
  • Splash of Simple Syrup.
  • Garnish with Celery and Cranberries

Calling to mind fall dessert favorites like Apple Pie, the Plum Bob puts a surprise autumn twist on the classic Manhattan:plum bob

  • 2.5 oz Apple Pie Bourbon
  • 1.5 oz Averell Gin
  • 2 Dashes of Chuncho Bitters
  • Garnish with Yellow/Purple Plum

CÎROC Pineapple infused vodka kisses the palate with the flavor of  juicy, perfectly-ripened pineapple underscored by a subtle hint of vanilla, lending itself to a wide range of creative cocktails like the Casandra and the CÎROC Pineapple Mimosa:

Cranberries and Autumn go together like old friends, and their refreshing flavor seamlessly joins the juicy citrus ingredients in The Casandra:
