- 2 oz Bison Grass Vodka
- 2 oz Apple Juice
- Dash of Celery and Cranberry Bitters
- Splash of Lemon Juice
- Splash of Simple Syrup.
- Garnish with Celery and Cranberries
- 2.5 oz Apple Pie Bourbon
- 1.5 oz Averell Gin
- 2 Dashes of Chuncho Bitters
- Garnish with Yellow/Purple Plum
