    Thanks for your comment! I’m with you on the blue cheese and arugula, though I’m not the biggest fan of anchovies on pizza. I do like prosciutto but you’re right about it being too salty sometimes. Whenever I use it, I try to temper that saltiness with something sweet like a drizzle of honey, bbq sauce, or mango chutney 🙂

    Mushroom on your average pizza, though I admit that I am a sucker for those fancy schmancy pizzas with blue cheese or white anchovies or arugula on them. I always find prosciutto makes pizza too salty for my tastes, though I love it with anything else.
