San Francisco is preparing to welcome Spring 2017 with a chocolate lover’s dream event. That’s right; the 11th Annual San Francisco International CHOCOLATE SALON is coming to town.
On March 18, 2017, chocolate aficionados, buyers, and journalists will descend on the Garden Level of San Francisco’s Hotel Kabuki to commune with the finest artisan, gourmet & premium chocolates.
International CHOCOLATE SALON participants will include over 40 master chocolatiers, confectioners, and other culinary artisans (including wineries!) such as Amano Artisan Chocolate, Endorfin, David Bacco Chocolatier, Rainy Day Chocolate, Cowboy Toffee Company, Kindred Cooks, Mount Aukum Winery, Farm Fresh To You, and more. Salon highlights will include chocolate tastings, chef and author talks, and interviews by TasteTV’s Chocolate Television program, as well as a panel on chocolate “edibles” featuring Defonce Chocolatier.
